Since 2011, ExxonMobil has contributed more than US$600,000 to VinaCapital Foundation through its Critical Response and Survive to Thrive programs to equip healthcare centers in Danang, Quang Nam and Quang Ngai with modern medical equipment and provide Advanced Pediatric Life Support (APLS) training for medical staff for improved pediatric care. To name just a few medical equipment provided by ExxonMobil over the past 12 years through VinaCapital Foundation: 11 Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) training courses for medical staff in Da Nang, Quang Nam and Quang Ngai; the Critical Response program trained and certified 366 healthcare providers who are from 10 provincial hospitals, 43 district hospitals and 110 Commune Health Centers; 58 pediatric crash carts to 6 provincial hospitals, 34 district hospitals and 5 commune health centers; 4 neonatal ventilators for Danang Women and Children Hospital, Quang Nam Pediatric Hospital and Quang Ngai General Hospital; 21 additional suction machines to 10 coastal district hospitals and 101 emergency equipment set to 101 Commune Health Centers in QuangNam and Quang Ngai provinces; 19 CPAP, 17 phototherapy, 36 injection/infusion pumps,3 ECG, 17 intubation kits, 6 SPO2 and 23 ambu-bags to district, coastal and mountainous district hospitals in Quang Nam & Quang Ngai
